I had two of these Steinberger GL7TA guitars made; One for me, and the other for my friend Drew. I had two EMG-89 pickups installed; and two 3-way toggle switches (one for each pickup); UP-position puts the pickup in single-coil mode, MIDDLE-position turns the pickup off, DOWN-position puts the pickup into dual-coil mode). I printed artwork on some Inkjet Vinyl paper, added a sheet of clear gloss paper over the top, cut it out and placed it on the front of my guitar body-plate. I then painted some edge-sealer along the edges (to keep the edges from curling up or getting damaged). Drew's guitar is in MINT condition since he rarely uses it. The original body color of my guitar (and Drew's) is white. My dad owned A-1 Wheels & Tools of MN, Inc. (Fridley, Minnesota) years ago; His business sold industrial supplies to machine shops (that make everything; including guitars). My dad had one of his vendors TiCN coat my tremelo bar (so it has a gold plated look, but will never wear off).
