Up for auction is a 60's Fender Bandmaster Amp Head.This Fender amplifier is in excellent condition. All the tubes checked OK on a Sencore Tube tester,No shorts or grid leakage. All the electrolytic  capacitors were changed to new capacitors. Not new,old stock but new capacitors purchased from Just Radios,Ontario, Canada. The Vibrato foot pedal is included. The pedal is not a Fender pedal but is a high quality foot pedal utilizing a micro switch.The serial number stamped on the chassis is A-16773. Other number on the tube chart are AB763,Production #8 and the initials JB.The numbers TM 566 are stamped under the chassis. The numbers F-900566 are stamped on the inside bottom of the cabinet. Circuits and design  patented 50.It has the CBS label so it had to be made after Leo Fender sold the company to CBS in January of 1965. The transformers are all coded 606 which indicates they were manafactured by Schumacher.The power transformer is 606-545,The filter choke is 606-547 and the output transformer is 606-5-47. Included with the amplifier are 2-7025 Tubes, 2-12AX7 tubes and 2 12AT7 tubes. Also included will be 1-5881 tube. All the supplied tubes check OK. There have been no modification to the amplifier with the acception of the new electrolytic capacitors. The amplifier has been stored in climate controlled storage since 1974.It has the new reinforced black strap handle which was used during the period of 1963 to 1967. The black Torex is in excellent condition with the exception of some wear signs on the botton of the cabinet.Any question contact me at
