Guild M 75 Bluesbird Electric Guitar 1973
This guitar is no longer for sale (sold on 2007-09-30)
Price : US $701.00
Black 1973 Guild M-75 Solid Body 'Bluesbird'. All original hardware. Original Dearmond pickups. Master volume and two tone control knobs. Ebony finger board, Mahogany neck and body w/ arched top. Schaller machineheads. Plays and sounds fantastic. Action and intonation is very sweet and the neck is perfect. It has only minor scuffs and surface scratches as the photos show. In one photo I attempted to show a professional headstock repair that was performed by Steve Morrill, formerly of Boston's E.U Wurlitzer before it closed in 1999. Steve Morrill worked on guitars for Peete Townsend, Sting, and Reeves Gabriels to name a few. Rock solid repair.
Comes with the original hardshell case which is in very good condition. I will also include 6 sets of new strings that I will obviously not be needing.
I purchased this bluesbird because I love vintage acoustic guilds and wanted to give electric a try. This Guild more than lived up to my expectations but I ended up playing electric very sledom and I never played it outside my home.
It will be professionaly packeged and protected for shipment to the lower 48 US only.
Feel free to email me with any questions. I will be out of internet touch in the mountains the last 2/12 days of the listing so email your questions early.
