Gibson Flying V Case w/ Free Guitar
Up for bids is a genuine Gibson Flying V Hardshell case. Inside is a mystery. A neck thru Flying V guitar that fits the Gibson case perfectly. It has been completley stripped of all hardware, paint and I.D.'s. It has an inlay of a Clover in the headstock (see Pics) and a script on the back of the headstock that reads 'Made in U.S.A. 8089' (see Lousy photo). This is just the way I bought it about 2 years ago planning to build a V. Don't have a clue what it is. I count about 15 pieces of wood glued together including the fret board. That too has been sanded clean, but still has the frets in it.. The pickup and machine head holes show it was once painted silver...?? ( the wood is beautiful ).
The Case is a genuine Gibson V case. Tan on the outside, Plush pink on the inside. The Lock is damaged and out of use (see photo). All the other hasps are in working shape. The outer shell is a bit beat up, looks like it was a good gigger at one time. It has an X-ray peace sign sticker on it. I dont know what else to say about it. Any questions give me a hollar, I work all day but will answer as quickly as possible. Thanks and good luck! ... R.F.Fallkinn

One of our noble E-Bayers out there informs me this is an 'O'Hagan 22'. Made in 1980. Minneapolis company that produced from 1979-1983. Not many made. Go for about 500-600 bucks mint. I am just passing it on to you. Thanks again for the info.
