Weeding out a few of my guitars that I haven't been playing. I have a 1971 Gibson es 325 'second' that I don't play much anymore. This guitar is a great players guitar but probally not one for a 'collector' since it is a second and I had it professionally refreted shortly after I purchased the guitar. The guitar plays great and clean! The action is very fast with an action height of 4/64ths low E to 3/64ths high e at the twelveth fret. The guitar is currently strung up with GHS pure nickel 11's. Truss rod works as it should with plenty of bridge height adjustment. The pots are all original with a pot code of 13771xx. There is a broken solder joint because I had a Duncan mini in the bridge position, but had it removed and the original re installed. Pots are clean with no scratchy noise. The pickups are original to the guitar but I don't think they are mini humbuckers. They have a P 90 sound to them, not the crunch of a humbucker. Over all the condition of the guitar is pretty good. There are some scatches, chips in the finish. There is a chip of wood missing on one of the points on the headstock and a finish crack around the neck joint. There is no movement in the neck joint. When I had it refreted, I had that looked at also. The guitar is very stable where the set up has not changed. I bought the guitar from a shop four years ago and will set the reserve at the price I paid. That is not including the money put into it for a refret and set up. My issue with the guitar is that the neck is one of those narrow Gibson necks. With a nut width of 1 1/2', it feels to different to me. My LP is 1 5/8', t
