Vintage 1970s Gretsch / Granada 12 string
Hi and thanks for looking at my auction! I have tons of gear listed, so check out my other auctions!

Granada was Gretsch's import brand in the 70s, and from what I can find were either built in the Fuji Gen Gakki factory where Ibanez guitars were built, or in one of the various factories contracted to build guitars for Aria and Shiro Arai. I'm not to sure which factory this one came from, though.
First, the good: The finish is VERY good for such an old guitar. NO chips, or dents, or cracks anywhere. There is a little bit of crazing on the laquer on the front of the body. Other than that, the neck, sides, and back are almost perfect. The binding and rosette are perfect, no chips or seperation anywhere. They are real bindings to! The body has a 7 layer binding - white - black - white - black - white - black - white. The rosette has about 12 different layers. The neck and back have single layer white/cream binding. The frets are almost perfect, unworn condition. There is a zero fret, also pretty much unworn. The nut is perfect. The guitar features ALL SOLID WOOD - no plywood here! The top is solid spruce, and the back and sides look like mahagony to me. Pearl dots, with a double dot at the 5th and 12th frets. It sounds GREAT, nice and
