Here's a great starter for a do-it-yourself person. A Teisco double cutaway solid body six string guitar. It has a one piece bound mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. It originally had 6-on-a-plate in line tuners, although you could easily install other types. Adjustable truss rod in the neck. Actually, this is a very pretty body shape which could be made into a very nice guitar. My project shed is overflowing, so you get to do it. I will take the neck off to keep shipping costs reasonable. As far as fret wear goes, there is some visible wear showing in the high e string position on the first four frets, and lesser wear on other string positions on the first couple of frets. Overall, most frets are clean, and the ones with wear are still playable as is. or could be tweaked with a light stroke or two of a fine file. Not bad for a well played 40 year old guitar
Since I have gotten multiple inquiries of a nature that stuns me, let me make this perfectly clear: I cannot tell you about the condition of the electronics on the guitar because THERE ARE NO ELECTRONICS! No pickups, no pots, no wires, no switches. Just a body, neck, neck plate, and screws, plus part of a tailpiece and a retainer bar for strings on the headstock. That is all you are bidding for. Thank you.
