Vintage Arnold Hoyer 'Herr Im Frack' archtop guitar

I sell this reluctantly as it is a great player with a very distinctive voice and a cool vintage vibe

Unique three hole design feature f-holes and round sound hole

It's in darn good shape considering it is around 50 years old--the exact year of manufacture I am unsure of, but I've heard that based on the design of the script on the headstock, it is probably from the early 50's

There is one crack in the top, BUT IT DOES NOT appear to go all the through to the inside. The top is thick, solid German spruce, back and sides appear to be solid maple

Numerous little dings and scratches, as expected on an instrument of this age--none that affect playability

Fretboard is beautifully grained--not sure of wood species

Everything is original, except for the strings--she sports a nearly new set of medium gauge Elixirs

Width at nut is 1 11/16

Features a zero fret and a cantilevered fingerboard

I, too, have a Herr im Frack guitar almost identical to the one shown above except it does not have the round sound hole. It is a very solid instrument without any cracks in the wood but the laquer shows numerous spider cracks and scratches. I'm considering selling it.
