The FENDER® G.E. Smith Telecaster® answers the question: What would you get if you blended a vintage '40s-era lap steel guitar with an early '50s Tele? With an extra deep 'U'-shaped neck and unique body-mounted bridge pickup, this signature instrument certainly isn't a normal Tele®. The big neck on the Fender G.E. Smith Tele® is adorned with a custom lap-steel inlay pattern and the bridge is a custom 'cut-off' style with three vintage brass saddles. This unique guitarist has played with the likes of Dylan and Bowie, and the Fender G.E. Smith Telecaster reflects his uniqueness!
