Martin Shenandoah HD 2832.  If I've done my dating right this guitar was made in1984.  My understanding is that Martin had the parts fabricated in Japan then built the guitar in the US.  Along with the spruce top and rosewood sides this model has the herringbone purfling and the fancy neck inlays.  The condition overall is good although the spruce top does have one raised crack and another one that may just be the laquer (pics 7 and 8).  At any rate, The tone of this instument is truely Martin,  loud and clear.  It come with the original martin hardshell case.  Thanks for looking.

I'd like to add some to my description. The neck is straight and sort of V shaped. The action at the 12th fret from the top of the fret to the bottom of the string is about an eighth of an inch.  I noticed no buzzing anywhere on the neck.  Plays beautifully.

The sound of my HD2832 is superb! I have been a Martin guy all my life and I know whereof I speak. I have played regular HD28\'s that do not sound anywhere near as good. It plays like a dream and the sound is beautiful.
