I'm not sure exactly what year this guitar is. It appears to be early 70's judging by it's serial number and features. I will describe it in detail, and you can draw your own conclusions. I will post any user comments that seem knowledgable and helpful.
Serial number is 840267. It has a 3-piece mahogany neck and a pancake body (2 mahogany slabs with a thin lamination in the middle and a maple top). The neck has not been cracked at the head or body, but there is a minor crack coming out of the low-E tuner screw. The guitar has been completely refinished, and it is less than top quality work. There is evidence of repair in the top at the pickup routes, and it looks like a middle pickup route was filled-in.
Tuners, knobs, bridge, tailpiece, and all plastic looks to have been replaced with new stuff. I don't know whether the electronics are original or not. The guitar weighs 9.7 lbs. Comes with original? case which is in nice shape. The neck is straight, the frets are good, and it plays and sounds fine.
