It has been awhile since I have listed a guitar. Over the past 4-5 years I have listed hundreds of older acoustics but the market seemed to have dries up as far a findinf quality older guitars to list. I came across this one and knew someone would appreciate it. Now Samick is one of the bigest guitar makers in the world and this is one of their early 70's or more liokely early 80's Martin lawsuit D-41 copys. It was made on Korea. If you are not up on older acoustics, the Korean made acoustics were quitr good as were the Japan made 1970's acoustics. The stuff comming out of China, Indonesia and Taiwan now a days are really sad tone and finish and material quality. These older Japan and Korea guitars were made well, with quality materials and held up very well as well as had great tone and playability. This box is in great shape and features a spruce top, rosewood sides, fretboard and bridge. it is appointed like the Martin D-41 with acetate abalone octagon fretmarkers, headstock logo and trim on back and front as well as sides. The action is medium low, the neck is straight, the top is flat and it holds good tune. It is a Samick model H270 and was made in Korea. I just put new Martin bronze lights on it and it has a bright clear tone with excellent sustain. It comes with a padded gig bad and will be well boxed for shipment as well as fully insured. Shipping cost to the lower 48 is $30.00 and all others email me for a quote. There is no reserve and your bid is a commitment to buy. I accept paypal, money orders and personal checks with one week hold time.
