Come On Folks... It's OK to bid. This is a VERY Solid Instrument! Vintage Gibson J-45 Guitar. Serial Number 435800. Dates as 1966, But In '66 They Said Gibson on The Pickguard and This One Doesn't! What an INCREDIBLE Sounding Guitar (Even With The Light Strings Currently On It). This Guitar Has Beautiful Depth and Warmth, Even Though It's an Adjustable Bridge. Beautifully Faded Sunburst Finish with Plenty of Checking for Character! Comfy Neck (Not Too Ball-Batty). Put This Guitar in Your Hands and It Feels Like Home! Now the Down Side. Like I Said, It Was a Players Guitar, And I Think He Probably Drank A Bit When He Played It! Plenty of Dings, Nicks and Playing Wear. Its Got About a 1 1/2' Crack on The Back (Very Stable) Lower Bout, Bass Side, About 1' In From Binding. It Has The Typical 'Gibson Hump' Between the Bridge and The Tail (Not Excessive, But The Top is Pulled A Bit), The Bridge is Pulled (About 1/64' Inch on The Bass Side, But It's a Pinned Bridge, It Ain't Goin' Anywhere) and Of Course, The Headstock Has Been Broken. Not Broken Off, But It Was Cracked From the Heel to The Truss Rod Cavity. Not A Complete Separation and You Can Tell It Was Never Broken Through. It's Been Reset with Three Wood Screws (Obviously Quite a While Ago, and It Ain't Goin' Nowhere Either!). Tuning Machines Have Been Changed to Some Funky Cool Grovers with Pearl Buttons. Bridge Pins Have Been Replaced. More GOOD Stuff: Neck Joint Rock Solid, Plenty of Stock Remaining on Original Frets. Original Nut. If I Was Gonna Keep It, I'd Re-Crown the Frets, Throw Some 12's or 13's on It a
