Up for bid is one shredding guitar from the 80s. YEAH I KNOW< IT SCREAMS MID 80S!!!!. Ive got 1 too many guitars so am unloading this one. It is an american made guild model S-280 or S-281 I am not sure but one of the 2. The serial # is HC100727 which is definately 1984. Kahler Tremolo EMG pickups and this puppy shreds. It has some war damage that I have tried to show. The woest of it is as follows. Tip of scroll(theres a surprise) is chipped paint, and tip of front point on body paint chip. The paint is wearing off the fine tuning screws also. Guitar functions perfect, plays fast and sounds great. NO CASE, just guitar. The emg pickups are worth more than Im putting the auction up for, so good luck. You will love this axe.

Matt, This is a true 80s relic that should be in a museum some day. Was it stolen from you or did you sell it?

Could you possible provide me with the name of the person who purchased this guitar? I was the original owner and I would really like to get it back. I know this was my guitar because I added the single coil EMG and the tuning key for the low E string would lean toward the top of the guitar just like in your pictures. Any information would be greatly appreciated and I would be happy to pay a "finders fee." My email is ohiofan1989@earthlink.net. Thanks
