This is a very nice Alvarez 12 string.Has spruce top and mahogany back and sides.I bought it from a music shop and was told it was around 30 years old.Plays incredibly!No bowing,cracking;straight neck and easy to play!I came into a Taylor 12 string right after buying this so I don't need 2 12 strings.This is super sweet so if you want to learn,here it is.I dont have a case but I have packed over 100 guitars so bid with ease!Paypal only.Enjoy!
