The serial number for this guitar is number 774239.  I looked this up and according to my findings this guitar was manufactured between 1970 and 1972.  I believe that it is a 1971.  This is an awesome guitar that was difficult for me to let go!  Plays great and the neck is super fast.  Action is super low and very cool.  The sustain is incredible.  The pick-ups have a really sweet sound and they don't sound like new Gibson pick-ups.  I got this from my friend who was second owner and he's had it for over 20 years.

Everything on this guitar is all original from the tuners to the bridge, the screws, electronics look totally original, even the knobs are all original.  Neck is totally straight and all original frets play great.  You can bend the notes really high and it has a sweet, sweet tone to it.  Has a half pickguard which I like better than the full batwing pickguard.  I like this guitar because it does not have the tremolo arm on it which I feel makes this guitar flow better.  I love the binding on the neck and the pearloid block inlays.  I like the machine heads because they say Gibson on the back of them.  They feel like Schalers but they say Gibson.  The guitar stays in perfect tune.

The guitar has a brown walnut finish and cosmetically it looks great but does have the usual wear and tear and no big gouges.  No modifications or any work has been done on this guitar.  This guitar will be packed with extreme care.  You can see for yo
