THIS IS SUCH A COOL GUITAR !!  The Epiphone WildKat is a mahogany hollow body, maple top guitar with Alnico V P-90 pickups for superb resonance and tone. But it also has a solid bridge-block for great sustain. The neck pickup is warm and full-bodied. The bridge pickup is bright, with a creamy element, and that P-90 growl on high – gain when you really want to rock. The tonal range of this guitar is amazing. Beware of the middle pickup setting !! There is something seductive and addictive about the combination of the full-bodied neck pickup and the creamy bright bridge pickup with clean tone !! I have found I can sit and doodle around on that for hours !! This guitar will deliver all the goods you want for rock, rockabilly, classic rock, jazz, blues, and the Alnico P-90 can really growl and drive for hard rock on high gain. The acoustic sound is so good you can play and practice unamplified when you need or want to. YOU WILL LOVE THIS GUITAR !!

I bought this guitar new and I have been the only owner and player. It is in excellent condition and I cannot find any dings or dents on it, by my visual inspection. The guitar has not been out of this non-smoking house (I do not play in bands or clubs). The body size is great – a little bigger than a Les Paul and smaller than an ES-335 style guitar. It is light and easy to handle. I would describe the neck as the “ES Rounded Profile” type. It feels a little fuller to me than the ’64 ES-335-type neck, but less full than the ’59
