Up for auction is a really nice example of a rock and roll classic. This Gibson Flying V is a 1990 reissue of the classic 67 flying V. It is White on White with black head stock , sea green tuners and volume / tone knobs. Everything on this guitar is original with exception of the Pick guard and the Volume knobs. The precious owner hap a stainless pick guard and had broken the ens of the original and had stainless volume/tone knobs. I replaced them and took it back to the stock set up. The pickups are a pair of hot smoken exposed humbuckers and the pots and switch are original. The neck is straight and the frets are it great shape. i have it strung with 10s and set up for a guitar players with a heavy right hand. It is rock and roll. I bought this along with awhite explorer I sold last week, for a show we did. I have played it a couple of times in the last month in nonsmoking environments. The white body has faded some over time giving it a great classic look with the white pick guard and seafoam knobs. It comes with a tour case designed to protect this guitar against anything. It is brown as you can see in the photos and has a pink interion and cover cloth. It is in very good shape and everything works like new.
Thers is one ding on the headstock side where it looks like someone wacked it against something. It has no affect on the guitar and can only be seen if you look for it and look from the underside. I took a photo of the head stock and if you look close you can see
