Harmony H1618 tremelo amp blue quilted FET transistors
This guitar is no longer for sale (sold on 2007-11-29)
Price : US $15.50
A scarce 70's Harmony model H1618. Has neat dark blue quilted sides,
and dark blue sparkle grill. Cabinet has normal wear, the control panel has
a dent, wear, and a hole drilled in it for a speaker jack I think.
Pre- IC chips, it is marked on the top panel 'FET and Silicon Transistors'.
Approx.10 watts output.
I found one review in Harmony Central for this amp via a google search.
That fellow really likes the sound of his.
The original, efficient 10' speaker in THIS amp is perfectly good.
The amplifier head in THIS amp has some problems.
There is a variable hum that sounds like one of the transistors has gone bad,
and some sloppy wiring that should be attended to.
It does produce guitar sound, but VERY WEAK, poor.
The tremelo works good.
It will need servicing to provide satisfactory performance.
THIS amp has no back panel with it.
A collectible transistor amp?
Offered AS IS, as described, with NO RESERVE.
Ships at 12 lbs. CK, MO, ONLY. NO paypal.
