You are bidding on a used Ibanez 430SII. I is a 2000 model and was made in Japan. It has a really thin neck profile, three stacked noiseless single coil pickups, floating non-locking tremolo, and locking Gotoh keys. It has a 5-way switch to select between the pickups, and a master volume and tone control. The neck is straight and has a bit of wear on the first three frets under the G, B, and E strings. There is a minute ammount of wear under the G string on frets 4 through 7. The action is low and buzz free. The guitar is probably a 6 out of 10 in terms of the finish. The paint has many surface scratches, some heavier than others. There is also a spot where it was chipped on the treble side near the rear control cavity. The chip is large and runs about an inch and a half along the side. It was poorly touched up. The rear pickup is missing the cover. I assume that it is the original because it is a stack like the others. It is a great player and somewhat obscure as Ibanez guitars go. If i'm not mistaken, it was only offered for a breif time. Did I miss anything? Is there a question you need answered? If you have any questions, please feel free to email them before bidding. I will answer them promptly. Our store hours are 10m-6pm Mon-Sat.
