1966 Fender Coronado II Neck w/ new Fender reissue tuners-This is the real deal neck-Not a copy or a fake.  This neck was made at the same factory as the 1966 Fender strat necks that go for 2,500 dollars.  This guitar neck was NOT inferior to the strat, many say it was the premium neck of the time because of the fancier trapezoid inlays and a fatter headstock which Fender later changed to in the 70's (more sustain). The length is that of a stratocaster and will fit any regular strat or jazzmaster body.  This guitar is used yet does not have much fret wear and is straight. It feels great like a vintage strat neck.  It is not the prettiest neck for a few reasons...some of the original paint on the neck looks a bit worn and dinged up.  There is some discoloration on the top of the headstock and it looks like somebody may have tried to spray a light finish on the back.  The nut looks original and is a little low ..you can use it ..but it probably needs replacement  soon.  This is a very good neck and can be used for a strat or to restore a Coronado guitar. The actual fretboard has very little wear for a guitar of this age .  If you don't mind minor dinks elsewhere you could have a vintage sounding and playing guitar for much less. I have never gotten a negative feedback - If you are super picky please don't bid ..This is a player and will be appreciated more by the player than the collector.  Thanks
