Vintage Japanese Epiphone electric No Clue
This guitar is no longer for sale (sold on 2007-12-11)
Price : US $105.01
This appears to be a late 70's-early 80's guitar. At the time Epiphone was owned by Gibson and manufactured in Japan. It is kind of Strat-shaped, but not really. Notice the Epi 'bat-wing' headstock and Japanese mark. Definitely not one of the zillion Korean products.
I have searched Vintaxe and any other resources I could find for any information about this axe to no avail. I would appreciate if if anyone knows the story and would share it with me and any auction-watchers.
It is in excellent shape and plays beautifully. No fret wear at all. Slim, fast, laser-straight neck. Nicely set up. Great sounding hot single coil pickups. Send it back if you disagree.
No case, but i will pack very well.
Shipping is $35.
