My wife says I have too many toys!  My guitar collection must go!  Check for my auctions in the coming months as I will be selling it off a few pieces at a time.  Everything from collector's models to unusually constructed guitars of alternative materials like graphite and aluminum and slide guitars.

Guild X-79 Electric Guitar!  This Guild guitar is from my own collection.  It is in above average condition and has had little, but some, play time.  The design is from the 1980's when heavy metal rock bands were popular and they played these sort of instruments.  Even Little Steven had one and it now on dispaly in Cleveland at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  This has basically been a 'collector's' piece.  This beautiful cream colored, solid body, 6 string guitar, has an angular design, and a set in neck .  It has two double coil pick ups and an adjustable bridge.  It was made in the USA (says this on the back of neck headpiece).  The Guild website dating information did not have the serial # for this guitar listed and they have a disclaimer at the top that some of their information is not accurate (based on an educated guess with the gaps in their # system for the X-79 Model, I'm thinking probably 1984, but I could be incorrect and will not guarantee this date).  The Serial # is AD101532 (it looks like it was double stamped on the back of the headpiece or the stamping tool slipp
