This is a friend's guitar. It was given to him by his parents as a new guitar and he never learned to play. Fret wear is negligible but the guitar back has belt buckle rash. The finish is in excellent condition with just a few small chips along the margins of the top. No cracks are in the wood. The guitar is all mahogany and has a robust sound. Inlay is missing from the 5th fret. I took it to a certified Martin repair guy and he recommended a neck reset but then I put extra light strings (10 - 47) on it and it plays OK so a reset is not absolutely necessary. From the top of 12th fret to bottom of 6th string is just at 5 mm. Most people consider a neck reset when the height exceeds 5 mm. Comes with an old case that has no smoke or mildew problems. This guitar puts out a lot of sound for a small guitar. It would be a good travel guitar because of its small size and light weight but I think it is better suited as a collector's item. I would be happy to answer any questions.
