This is a project guitar I built about a year & a half ago. It has a mid-eighties american, tilt back Kramer Pacer neck with the locking nut. It has Schaller tuning machines & the allen key holder on the back of the neck. The fingerboard is Rosewood. The headstock was broken & repaired before I bought it, so, I can't take credit for the Frankenstein bolts on the top & bottom of the headstock. The frets have wear but are in decent playing condition for a twenty-something year old neck.
The body is an american Peavey strat body I had from another guitar. I put a smoked mirror pickguard on it that I picked up from WD. It's pretty dark, cool like obsidian. The hardware for the tremolo & jackplate are also from WD. The pickup is a Seymour Duncan George Lynch Screamin' Demon. Very, very cool pickup. I wired in a push/push pot that will coil tap the humbucker for a better clean tone or any lower gain situation where one might want a little duckier sound. I was going for a simpler look, but I needed some flexibility for my sound.
This is a cool guitar. She's not perfect, so please feel free to ask about whatever details might concern you. I have every confidence this will be a very cool instrument for the right person.&
