You are bidding on a 1969 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop.

This guitar is all original except for a complete professional refinish. The finish is outstanding!!! The Goldtop is beautiful!!!

All the refinishing and maintanence work on this Les Paul, has been done by one of the best, long time, pro luthiers on the West coast, and the guitar shows it.

The guitar has all it's original parts such as: the Kluson Deluxe Tuners, the Gibson mini humbucking pickups, the pots dated 137 6934 (34th week of 69), the nickel saddles and tailpiece, guard, knobs etc.

The body is 1 piece mohagany (early style, not later pancake style) and the neck is also the much desireable early 1 piece style. This indicates that the body was probably made in 1968 when Gibson was making the 1 piece body and necks.

The guitar sounds fantastic. Warm and Jazzy and also punchy as well.

The guitar plays like butter with it's low action and very, very good condition fretts. I am not sure if the fretts were replaced, but if they were, you can't tell because they are excellent! No buzzing at all.

The serial number on the back of the headstock is a little hard to read but it is there and says 541759. There is no 'Made in USA' stamp on the back of the headstock (once again early style). The neck does not have a volute on the back at the base of the headstock, (early as well).

The hardshell case is in great
