Used Blueridge BR-160. All premium solid wood construction. Vintage pre-war type bracing. Great reviews by Acoustic magazine. This guitar has been professionally set up by a Martin luthier and has a low-fast action with no buzzing. It plays as well as my HD28. He also changed out the pickgaurd for a 1930's type Martin pickguard (not the ugly dot matrix type which are used on current Martin guitars). He changed the plastic nut to bone for a better tone. Comes with new D'Addario strings. Now for the bad news, when he changed out the nut, he took a big chip out of the epoxy finish right above the nut. The chip was glued back in but is still noticeable if you look close. I have included a picture of it but it does not show up very well. When the strings are installed, it is barely noticeable. The rest of the guitar looks brand new and has no fret wear. Below are the specs.
