Price : US $199.99
Relisted due to a deadbeat bidder; Vintage Stella Tenor Guitar, before brand was bought by Harmony. Probably made in the 1920's or early 1930's. Harmony bought the brand in the 1930's, and it is before then. This is an Oscar Schmidt (made in New Jersey) four string guitar with a spruce top, grover banjo tuners, and mahogany back and sides. Fully functional and very playable with low action and great tone! The not so good news; the center seam is split (but solid), and there is a repaired crack on the side (upper bass bout ). Not too much wrong for eighty years! I will not send pics except to BIDDERS. Guitar may have a replaced fret board, the frets are new. Guitar wil be shipped in a soft shell case that it not originally for the guitar, but will serve until a case is found that will fit. Body diomensions are; 14 inch lower bout, 10 & 1/4 inch upper bout, 8 & 7/8 inch waist. Overall length is 37 inches. The scale length is 22& 1/2 inches. Buyer pays shipping. It can be sent USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. It is buyers choice. Shipping generally runs UNDER thirty dollars to the lower 48 states. I will not ship to Canada or outside the US. Shipping generally runs around $25.00. Please don't ask for specific charges, because too many requests are made for shipping charges on my listings, and I do not have time to figure shipping for all of them. Check my other auctions for more musical stuff!
