Hello and thanks for checking out my auction. You are bidding on mid to late 1980's Epiphone S series guitar with a steinberger tremolo. Now I don't know much about this guitar overall so I'll try to explain it as best I can. From headstock down, it has what looks to be real pearl inlay in the headstock with good tuners. It has a lock behind the nut which I hope is clear enough to make out in the pictures. Don't let it detur you thought I tuned it and haven't had to retune it yet it is however slightly a pain when changing strings. The neck is a modern C shape maple on rosewood with pearl inlay 21 medium jumbo frets and a slightly flat radius. Not sure what the body is but its a heavy one feels almost like a les paul. The pickups aren't the greatest in the world and could use a little help and I think the jack needs to be replaced. It has 1 volume 2 tones and a 5 way switch. The 2 tones are for each of the single coils, the bridge does not have a tone. Now the tremolo is interesting, I've heard about these steinberger trems and they are suppose to lock/and unlock from a fixed to a floating position but I have no idea how to do that so I've left it alone and its stuck in a fixed position, replicates a fixed bridge perfectly and its great to rest your hand on. I wasn't sure if the set screws on the bottom where fine tuners or not so I just screwed them in all the way to lock the string and tuned it up at the tuners and then locked the nut and that seemed to work. There is virtually no string pull whatsoever and these hybrid 9's I put on the guitar feel like 8's.
The body does have a little damage near the bridge but that
