This is an EPIPHONE SHERATON guitar. I bought it at a northern California pawn shop in about 1993, used. From what I can get off the internet, and in books, the guitar was probably made for Epiphone by the Samick Company some time during those years. You can see the serial # in one of the pictures.
The guitar's headstock says ''EPIPHONE BY GIBSON''. This seems to make it different than alot of the Sheratons. According to information that I read, probably on the internet, Samick started using ''Epiphone By Gibson'' in about 1986, then dropped the ''By Gibson'' around 1989.
The guitar has a neck radius of 15'', and the relief at the 7th fret is appx. .008. It has a nice low action, appx 4/64'' bass and 3/64'' treble at the 12th fret.
