This is a Japanese made Epiphone FT-120. The serial number has faded off the label so I don't know what year it was made, but from what I've been able to find, Epis were made in Japan from 1970 through 1983. I rescued it from a local pawn shop. It has a number of small dings, only one through the finish on the back side. According to Harmony.com it has a spruce top and maple sides and back, although it is a very dark finish, so maybe some kind of rosewood? Not sure. It has a bolt on neck, which I've never seen on an acoustic before, but it have a very warm tone to it. It has an adjustable bridge. The action is very low, lower than I've ever been able to get on my set neck acoustics. Unlike my other acoustics, I can get a full bend on a note on this thing. I did a major clean up on it and strung it with Martin strings. OK, it doesn't sound like a Martin, but it sounds a lot better than any $250 acoustic on the market today for a whole lot less money. Please email with any questions prior to bidding.
