You are looking at a series 2 Vandenberg signature model, produced for Adrian Vandenberg of Whitesnake fame. Not to be confused with the reissued Korean V-type, this guitar was handmade in the USA and features a sculpted poplar body, bi-laminate rock maple 24 3/4 scale neck with an ebony 15 inch radius fretboard, and mother of pearl inlays. Pick ups are the original custom wound Vandenberg units. Hardware is original and in fantastic condition with only very light wear. The finish is called Raspberry Pearl Metallic, which was one of the rarer finishes on the series 2s and almost changes colour in the light.
The overall condition of the guitar is excellent for an instrument of this age (nearly 20 years old!). There are very light pick swirls on the front with 2 small nicks near the trem. The rear has a small knock near the top edge which looks to have been touched up and there is a very small ding on the fret board between the 20th and 21st fret which in no way affects playability (all of which I've attempted show in the pics) otherwise the guitar would look like new. Perhaps the best thing about this guitar is the neck, which is dead straight, with no dings or ware to the lacquer on the rear and the frets show virtually no wear with no fret out or choke.
The sound this thing produces is awesome and is fantastically easy to play thanks to the ultra low action and super thin, flat neck (think Ibanez Wizard & your close)
Included in the sale is a copy of the manual
