You are bidding on a 1990 Ibanez electric guitar painted in the spirit of Steve Vai’s “Green Meanie”. I believe the model is an EX360 and was the top of the EX line back in the day. Stock specs are basswood body, licensed Floyd Rose tremolo, shark fin inlays, maple neck and rosewood fretboard. Upgrades include a smokin’ DiMarzio X2N bridge pickup (not for the faint-hearted!) and a set of Schaller straplocks. The satin finish paint job is not perfect but it makes a pretty good foundation for further creativity. The guitar is in very good condition with very little fret wear, a nice straight neck and great action. The neck is a comfortably small “C” shape and not absurdly thin like some of the later models. I don’t have the back plate but I will throw in the cool green “money” strap that just seems to go with it. This is a solid, great sounding, rock and roll machine and at almost 20 years (wow!) is still going strong.
Reserve is low so bid with confidence. Will ship insured within continental U.S., Canada, and limited international shipping. International bidders email first. Buyer pays shipping calculated at end of auction. (Shipping estimates prior to end of auction may not include full insurance cost.) PayPal or Money Order accepted.
