Really nice condition, made in Japan, vintage 1984 Ibanez Roadstar II RS1300 guitar - top of the line Roadstar!

Features on this guitar are:

Birdseye maple archtop with basswood body.
One piece maple neck with skunk strip. Great feel!!!
Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays.
Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbucker bridge pickup.
Seymour Duncan Phat Cat single-coil neck pickup. (humbucker size)
Locking tremolo with whammy bar.
Two volume knobs and one tone knob, three-way selector switch.
Non-original locking hardshell case (in average condition).

Originally came with push/pull pots to choose between single-coil and humbucker pickups in both neck and bridge positions (volume knobs).  Replaced the push/pull pots with standard pots, but I will include the original wiring harness for the push-pull option with the guitar (sorry but I don’t have the original pickups).  With the push/pull option the guitar came with, I could never really tell whether it was in single-coil or humbucker mode until I played it (or listened for the single-coil hum).  So I just went with standard pots and the Lover/Phat Cat pickups, which is usually how I played the guitar – humbucker in the bridge and single-coil in the neck.  Frankly, the Seth Lover and Phat Cat pu’s are much better sounding than the stock super 58’s in my opinion. The 58’s sound better in an Ibanez hollow body model but always seemed a bit too bright in this solid body RS1300.
