2005 GRETSCH 6131 Jet Firebird with Bigsby

I bought this new in June of 2006. The manufacture date is July 2005. JD0572127. I added the Bigsby and will include the original ''stop'' tailpiece with the auction. The photo of George Harrison is from Andy Babiuk's wonderful book - ''Beatles gear'' - and it shows him with a Jet Firebird at the Cavern Club, cira 62-63.
I can't afford to keep all the guitars I buy, so I have this policy, of buying a guitar - and playing it for 3-4years- and then selling it, so I can enjoy lot's of my ''fantasy's''. This guitar plays beautifully, and has ''That Great Gretsch Sound''. I looked at all the hang tag's etc. but all they said was ''Filtertrons''. So I don't know if these are Powertrons, High Sens, or what....! I'm guessing they are ''High Sens''...... (7-8K ohms). To the best of my knowledge, ''Vintage would be 4-5K ohms'', High Sens' 7-8K, and Powertrons in the range of humbuckers, at 10-12K ohms.'' But that is my idea, and I have nothing to back it up, so I'll leave it up to you to decide what works for you.... According to the Gretsch web site - these should be ''High Sensitive'' filtertrons....
