Fender Musicmaster Guitar Vintage 60's or 70's
This guitar is no longer for sale (sold on 2008-09-26)
Price : US $345.00
This guitar is from the 60's or 70's. I looked up the serial # and get 2 different time periods. I've had it for years. When I got it the person told me it was a 1972 but the serial # seems to place it in two eras; 60's early 70's. Maybe someone out here can help out with confirming the year.As you can see in the pics, there has been some smooth sanding done on it. Three spots you can see in the pics. It is a smooth surface where it was done. It was like that when I got it. Normal dings through age. It needs a new nut, the top bridge part for the strings. I put one on it but it's not filed correctly. The old one, I was playing and about a millimeter of it snapped off, which held the 1st string in place. For someone that doesn't know, the nut is the little bridge at the top of the guitar where the strings ride. Anyway, it is a good guitar and I really like playing it but situations dictate that I have to sell it. I like the feel and sound of it. It comes with a gigbag.I never had the original case. Payment accepted is U.S. Postal M.O. only. Payment is expected within five days of auction ending. Buyer pays shipping of $55. I didn't charge enough for shipping once before and I lost money. Buyer must have pos. feedback rating. U.S. shipping only. If you have any questions just msg. me. I'm a good ebayer and expect the same. Item is sold as is, as I described. It works but needs a properly filed nut. They only cost about ten dollars but you have to know how to file it. Goodluck bidding and if I can answer questions, message me.
