1956 Martin 0 18T Tenor guitar

Price : US $1,535.
This is a good playable Martin tenor guitar. The guitar shows signs of use and wear; there are dings, scratches, flatpick marks, and finish checking, as well as the faint outline [on the back] where someone applied and removed tape [You may be able to buff this out]. You can do some touchup work or you can leave it like it is, it plays fine and probably has no more cosmetic problems than the average 50 year old guitar. On the plus side I do not see any cracks, it has a good straight neck and it appears all original. The string height at the 14th fret, 4th string is 3mm [measuring from the top of the fret to the bottom of the string]. There is plenty of saddle left if you want to lower the strings further, and the frets are good....The guitar has original open-gear Grover tuners, Brazilian fingerboard, tortoise shell celluloid top and back binding. multiple plies of purfling, multiple sound hole rings, and a tortoise colored pickguard....Comes with non-original hardcase, free shipping in the continental US.
