I received this guitar as a gift for my 15th or 16th birthday which would have made it around 1970 or 1971. It's in very good shape and sounds pretty good after all these years gone by. I don't think my mother would have paid more than $50 or $60 for it new. Not sure if it's worth much today in 2009. :)

I purchased Estrada Hummingbird in 1971 for $275. Mine is in excellent condition. Always wondered what it is worth today, but not for sale. Sunburst finish. Tag inside reads Estrada, made exclusively for Mica, Model No. 8200, Made in Japan. Mother of pearl fret mark inlays on neck are "elongated crown shape", unique to knockoffs. All else same as Gibson.

I have an Estrada acoustic 12-string from 1972. Serial or model w613. It was $200 back then. I have no idea who made it but it is made in Japan, \"Product of MICA\" (whatever that means.)
