I took one in at the pawn shop. No model sticker on it but is the cherry sunburst so assume oe-10cs Was told it was over thirty years old but think it is more like from midish 80s also. Everyone who knows guitars that looked at it said it was nice. I bought it myself from the shop now I'll have to lear how to play it. Anyone know if they were made in the late 70s or before 85?

I was given a Spirit Oscar Schmidt guitar. On the back it has OE-10/CS sticker and SL#89110082 sticker on it. I know it looks identical to the les paul sunburst color guitar and that's about it. I have no idea what it's worth or anything. Can you help figure this out? I can't find it online either. I can be contacted at Thanks for your time and help

I bought one of these in 1986 from Sears. It was in a scratch and dent sale and I got it for $50. I later found out that they were selling in Music stores for $699. I'd say it was the best deal I ever got. I still have it and wouldn't trade it for a Gibson Les Paul. It plays the same but sounds better. Mine is highly flamed Cherryburst and still looks like new except for the scratch on the back. Remember I said I bought it in a scratch and dent sale.
