This is a auction for very old Gibson guitar. Not exactly sure of the model but it is probably from the 1950s or very early 1960s.The tuning pegs are not original but were replaced with the reproduction style of the original. Im pretty sure the string pins are not original either. The guitar plays great and sounds bright and clean. Its a fantastic fingerpicking guitar. It can flatpicked but it almost sounds like to much sound for the size of the guitar unless your playing mellow stuff in which case it sound great. It has two tiny holes on the front like someone had a nameplate on it . These are right below the bridge and a repaired crack . These an be seen in the front picture. other than that there are no cracks .There is a lot of scuffs and scatches the binding has been repaired . This is a good guitar for someone who wants a good playing old gibson and does not want to pay for one in perfect condition. shipping in the lower 48 states is 35. dollars . It will be shipped in a cheap case. Note the only number on the inside is hard to read but it looks like w1719 . Note :I have been told by people who know more about these guitars than I do that this is a 1955 gibson also that It may have been rebraced to a cross braced pattern.
