This is a classic Taylor 910 from California. This beautiful American Beauty was born on July 10, 1995. The exquisite golden and buttery Englemann Spruce top combined with chocolaty East Indian Rosewood sides and back make this a guitar connoisseur’s delight. The softer Engelmann Spruce top provides a wonderful medium to propel the crystal clear tones of this extraordinary instrument. This 910 Taylor seduces both player and audience alike.
Beautiful overtones and a well balanced voice compliment the sonorous qualities of this instrument. The neck is carved from a single piece of straight-grained Honduran mahogany, in the sought after luthier-style as opposed to the grafted-on head from a separate piece of wood. The most amazing green, blue, aqua, and white Abalone inlay trim can be found gracing the top and soundhole. They must have harvested Abalone from half the Pacific Ocean to make this beauty. This perfectly compliments the “Cindy” (named after Bob’s wife) Hummingbird and flowers inlay pattern on the neck of this guitar. (Now available only as an $800+ upgrade on the 910).
In addition, there is a beautiful rosewood ring around the inner part of the soundhole, as well as rosewood binding and a premium ebony fretboard. This beauty also comes with factory installed electronics and the classic and rare ''pink poodle'' case. With the standard ebony bridge pins, set of Bob Colosi bone pins are provided.
