You are bidding on a 1967 Cherry Guild M-65 3/4 Freshman guitar. Single pick-up.
Made in Hoboken NJ. (On original sticker inside guitar)(see pics).
This guitar was purchased by my father (new) in 1967. It is still in its original black leather case. (brown felt lined) The case is in excellent condition.
My father always said that this guitar was ''The best guitar he ever played.''.
A few nicks, surface scratches, and dings through the years. Nothing major. Body totally intact. (Please see pics)
The serial # is EC-311. (See pics) On the back of the headstock is stamped BC-311. I am not certain why these are different.
Everything on this guitar is original .
