SHO-BUD MAVERICK PEDAL STEEL GUITAR

Up for auction is a  Sho-Bud Maverick model pedal steel guitar.  Sho-Bud began producing the ''Maverick'' model in the very early 1970s, primarily for the first-time player.  It was designed with 3 foot pedals and one knee lever allowing the player to get many Nashville pedal steel sounds.  The 3 foot pedals are standard E9 changes and the knee lever lowers the second and eighth strings one half tone.  The body is covered with a brown wood grained material and even in its case is lightweight enough to carry around easily. This guitar is in good operating condition with minimal signs of wear and will provide the first step on the road to steel guitar addiction without breaking the bank. Feel free to email me with any questions.

I STILL HAVE THE GUITAR AND AM SEEKING THE MANUALS AND WANTING SOME INFO ABOUT IT LIKE I HAD WRITTEN BEFORE. WHATEVER THE PEOPLE CAN FIND OUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. IT HAS HAD A RIUGH LIFE BUT IT'S IN GOOD HANDS NOW.

GENTLEMEN, I PURCHASED A SHO-BUD AND AM VERY CURIOUS WHEN IT WAS MANUFACTURED. THE SERIAL NUMBER 11475. IT IS I GUESS YOU CALL AN L6139; 10 STRING, 3 PEDAL, KNEE BAR. IT LOOKS LIKE THE ONE SOLD 01-12-2006. I AM VERY CURIOUS. I WAS TOLD 90S' BUT AFTER SEEING THE PICTURE I'M WONDERING. SERIAL NUMBER STAMPED IN 2 PLACES AND A 1-A-4 ON THE ENDS. I GOT THE CASE WITH IT BUT NO MANUALS AND AM WANTING THE BOOKS FOR IT. I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME INQUIRIES AND ASSISTANCE. MY E-MAIL IS johnjaelane@att.net. I'M A RETIRED MILITARY MAN AND AM EXCITED ABOUT WHAT I HAVE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
