Gretsch 5120 Electromatic g5120 modified
This guitar is no longer for sale (sold on 2006-06-18)
Price : US $720
Up for sale is my Gretsch g5120 that I have had modified. I had a luthier install Sperzel locking tuners and I installed a floating Bigsby rolling bridge. I bought this guitar new about 4 months ago. It has a small ding on the bottom of the side by the strap button where my finger is pointing in one of the pictures. Does not effect playability or structure what so ever.
This guitar plays and sound great. I have owned a lot high-end guitars over the years and this is one of my favorites by far. I am now doing an acoustic solo act and I bought a Taylor T5. This is why I am selling my Gretsch. I will include a hardshell case(Ibanez) that it fits perfectly into. I have $635.00 invested in the guitar, $180.00 in the Sperzel tuners and installation, $80.00 in the bridge, and $95.00 in the hardshell case. So that puts me at $980.00 total investment to hot rod this bad girl up. I am starting the bidding at $650.00. I will pack professionally and include insurance costs. Shipping will be a flat rate of $50.00. Good Luck.
