This is an ''As-Is Auction,'' but this guitar is of solid construction with no major structural issues.  There is, however, about a 6'' hairline crack in the upper high back  portion that's apparently been glued and/or lacquered, but it has not split or changed in any way in the 5 years I have played this guitar hard.  It's very difficult to even see it unless your nose is right up against it. There are no refunds or returns on this item. I'll be happy to answer any questions the best I can.  This is a small body, mahogany 1932  Martin 1-17 with serial  #51767. It is in good used condition, notes true and is a joy to play. The tone is surprisingly''bass-ey'' for an instrument this size; its highs are quite exquisite.  Especially good for recording, playing blues or finger picking.  Very bright, ''chunky,'' woody tones across the board.  Low/medium action on the rosewood fretboard, which is a wide neck, 19-fret scale, with a unique snowflake inlay (which I don't know if that is original or not).  Slotted headstock with the C. F. Martin & Co. logo stamped on its backside. The worn stamp mark is old and faint, but it is there. It DOES, however, need a new string nut...probably. I still have the original black plastic one that I bought it with. So the bone string nut (and the bone saddle bridge) are not original.  The string nut on it now that I've been using works, but the string spacing between the B and high E strings could be better, and slotted a bit more professionally.
