Left Handed Fender American Standard Telecaster Relic'd

Up for auction is a 1995 Left-handed American Standard Telecaster, heavily relic'd and modified. The paint was originally Cream colored, and then it was sanded and spray painted gold, and then painted blue, and now it's just stripped with remnants of each paint job. Gaffer's tape was applied to the top bout to reduce friction on my strumming arm. The modifications to this guitar include a Dimarzio stacked single coil pickup in the bridge position, a Schecter vintage-style humbucker in the neck position, separate volume knobs for each pickup (tone knob replaced by bridge volume), jumbo sized strap buttons, and flat output jack plate to allow angled guitar cables. While this guitar is indeed very relic'd and looks very weathered, it's real charm lays in it's tone. The bridge pickup has that typical telecaster bite, but without the hum. The neck pickup however is very UNLIKE a telecaster. Through a clean channel or distorted, it serves up a resonant 335 tone similar to Cream-era Clapton. I have mp3s of this guitar in action. Just send me a message and I'll send you a link.In addition, it plays VERY effortlessly. Low action and .009 gauge strings make this guitar very fun and easy to play. Comes with gig bag.
