Ok , now here's what's up. It has been a long , long time since I had anything listed for sale on Ebay. Sometimes in my life I hit a bump in the road where I need some cash. This happens to be one of those '' pending divorce forces sale '' listings. Some people ask why I sell my stuff and my answer is '' I need some money '' pure and simple. This guitar will be the first in a long series of stuff that I will sell. A lot of it won't be music related , but I have to part with it nontheless. This guitar is a 1982 Washburn A-20. I have owned it for about 15 years. I got it from my friend Jim Kiechle who bought it new in 1982. Jim went to high school with James Hetfield and me. It is the cousin to my 1982 Wasburn B-20 bass that I played when I was in Metallica. I still own the bass and it was not sold on Ebay as it has been reported. The A-20 is still in great condition for it's age , and it plays and sounds great. I think it is called a honeyburst color. I am not a guitar collector , so forgive me if I am wrong. It has some belt buckle scratches on the back , and the straplock mounts don't fit so well , but it can be fixed easily. I am pretty sure that the pickups are original. This guitar will come with a hardshell case that is in OK condition , but it works. I just put new strings on it. I will sell this guitar to buyers in the continental United States only because the shipping prices are so high. If the buyer wants to meet me in person after the auction is over to pick up the guitar , that will be fine as long as it has already been paid for. I can meet the buyer within 100 miles of Asheville , Nort

If you are ever interested in selling the B20 bass please email me at email@example.com. Used to have one that I bought new in 82, but like an idiot I sold it for another venture. Always wanted to find one to buy again, but as you know, hard to find. The one I had had the same finish as your A20. Thank you, Fred
